All content on Lumigren, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Lumigren and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Lumigren is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumigren and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
